How our text messaging program works and how to manage your preferences.

Program Description
Pexheat operates an SMS text messaging program to keep customers informed about their quotes, orders, and project status. By providing your mobile number and opting in through a checkbox on one of our web forms, you expressly consent to receive recurring text messages from Pexheat sent via an automated system.
Types of Messages
Subscribers may receive messages related to:
- Quote status and estimate updates
- Order confirmations and shipping notifications
- Product availability and backorder alerts
- Customer support follow-ups
- Occasional service announcements from Pexheat
We do not send promotional or marketing SMS unless you have specifically consented to marketing messages.
Message Frequency
Message frequency varies based on your activity with us. You may receive several messages per transaction (for example, quote updates, shipment notifications, or delivery confirmations).
Fees
Message and data rates may apply. Your wireless carrier may charge you for text messages based on your plan. Pexheat does not charge you to receive messages.
How to Opt Out
You may opt out of our SMS program at any time by replying STOP to any message from Pexheat. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed, and you will not receive further messages unless you opt in again.

Supported Carriers
SMS is available on most major US wireless carriers, including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, US Cellular, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Privacy
Your phone number and messaging history are handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We do not sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for their marketing purposes. We may share your number with our SMS service provider solely to deliver messages on our behalf.
Consent
By checking the SMS opt-in box on any Pexheat web form (including the estimate request form) you represent that you are the subscriber or account holder for the mobile number provided, or that you have authorization to opt that number in to this program. Consent is not required as a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
Changes to These Terms
We may revise these SMS terms from time to time. The most current version is always posted at pexheat.com/sms-opt-in. Continued participation in the SMS program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
