Shipping Methods

We ship via UPS, FedEx, and USPS for standard parcels. Larger items such as boilers, palletized materials, and bulk tubing orders may ship via freight/LTL carrier.

Processing Time

Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Custom or special-order items may require additional lead time. You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on weight, dimensions, and destination. Freight shipments are quoted individually — use our cart estimator for an approximate cost.

Returns

We accept returns of unused, undamaged products in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery. To initiate a return, please contact us.

A restocking fee may apply to certain items. Return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer unless the return is due to a Pexheat error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.
