Also Onix is ideal for "renovations" where existing subfloors are pocked with nails, staples, wires, and pipes making it difficult to get a heat transfer plate in contact with the subfloor.
We find Onix material costs to be comparable to PEX projects. But since it is a superior tubing and installs so much faster, Contractors and Home Owners are agreeing that Onix is the right choice for Staple-up radiant heating projects.
