We take every precaution to ensure that your products arrive safely, however if an item is damaged in shipment, please review our Return policy below.
When will I get my order?
We try to get your orders out as soon as possible. We currently expect orders to be shipped within 5 to 6 business days. You will be notified if it will take longer. You should then expect a time period for delivery due to the method you have chosen under Shipping Options.
We do our best to calculate accurate shipping charges. The price you pay at checkout is an estimate. Because of the complicated sizes and weights of the products we sell, we most likely will contact you with the actual shipping charges. We try not to over charge but if there is a credit you will be refunded. Otherwise, if there is a balance due, you will be asked to make up the difference.
We currently only quote shipping in the contiguous United States. If you require shipping to Hawaii, Alaska, or Internationally we will gladly email you with a shipping quote after your order is entered. Note: Because we offer several shipping options at checkout, sometimes Internet glitches occur or the incorrect shipping method is selected. When you reach the DELIVERY INFORMATION page please select the correct option. If you are unsure of which option to select or if your shipping cost is incorrect, we'll contact you with updated shipping cost via email.
We currently offer free ground shipping on orders over $200 (except orders containing subfloor products) shipped within the contiguous United States. Orders over $200 containing "subfloor" panel products, will receive a 50% shipping charge discount.
We currently offer the following shipping options:
Ground: Delivery of normal ground shipments will usually take from 2 to 3 business days depending on your location.
2nd Day: Additional charge, not all items may be delivered 2nd Day due to their size and weight.
Overnight: Additional charge, not all items may be delivered Overnight due to their size and weight.
Carriers and Package Sizes: Your orders may come in multiple packages. In order to bring you a larger selection of products, we may ship items from different locations around the country. Therefore, your order may come in multiple packages on different carriers. There is no additional charge for broken shipments but you may get more than one tracking number for an order.
UPS and DHL Shipments: Most of our products can be shipped by UPS. Delivery of normal ground shipments will usually take from 2 to 3 business days depending on your location. Some items are considered oversize or overweight. These items will have an added fee over and above the standard shipping cost. OVERNIGHT DELIVERY (next business day), 2nd Day are available for an additional fee. Please note, not all items can be delivered express.
Truck Freight: Some of our products, like pallets of tubing, are too large to ship via UPS and must be delivered by truck. Prices will depend on the area of the country you live in. If your order requires Truck Freight carrier you will be contacted by email to establish details and cost.
Please note: Large shipments of tubing coils are susceptible to slight damage during shipment. Slight scratched and kinks are acceptable and No credit will be issued for tubing that has small scratches, or other minor flaws. These are construction materials and unless the integrity of the tubing is destroyed they are still useable. Please contact us if you have any questions about your items. Accepting delivery of any damaged freight and failing to notify the driver or signing the freight bill at time of delivery means you have signed off on the freight. Please inspect your items before the carrier leaves. All items are noted that are shipped by truck.
Tracking your shipments
The tracking number(s) for your order will be emailed to you when shipped. You will also be able to access your tracking number by viewing your order under your Pexheat.com account. If your order is shipped by Truck Freight, you will be notified of the carrier and how to contact them.

We, at Pexheat.com, always hope that our customers are both happy and satisfied with their purchases. But we accept that problems occur, especially when buying over the Internet, and you may wish to return items. If this is the case, please read our returns policy below.
Returns of Tubing and non-Electronic parts:
You may return your purchase if you are, for any reason, unhappy with the product(s). The package must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods and all products must be returned in their original condition. We will issue a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number that must be prominently displayed on the packaging. We will issue a refund for the amount paid upon receipt of the item(s). There may be up to a 25% re-stocking fee applied to the refund.
Returns of Electronic Products:
You may only return an Electronic product if it is sent in the original unopened packaging. The package must be returned within 30 days of receipt of goods. We will issue a RMA (Returned Merchandise Authorization) number that must be prominently displayed on the packaging. We will issue a refund for the amount paid upon receipt of the item(s). There may be up to a 25% re-stocking fee applied to the refund.
Returns of Damaged or Defective Items:
You may return any item that is damaged or defective within 8 days of receipt of goods. We will issue a full refund for the amount paid.
Delivery Charges for Returns:
If you are returning items because they are damaged or defective, or due to an error on our part, we will refund your costs in returning the items to us. Otherwise you will be responsible for return postage.
How to Return an Item:
If you wish to return an item, please contact us by email or phone immediately. If a product is damaged or defective please indicate the exact nature of the fault. Repackage the product(s), complete with all accessories, warranty cards, instructions and original boxes (if any). When we issue you an RMA number we will tell you where to send the package.
We recommend using a tracked-delivery service for you own protection.
