In order to submit an Estimate Request, we need you to create an account on our server. This way we can exchange information with you, and provide storage space for your project information. We will only use your information to support you better. We are people too, and we understand the value of privacy. Please see our Privacy Notice for more information.

Details of your Project:

• The first thing we will do is a heat loss calculation on the space. This will be the starting point and base for all material calculations.
• We will then do a complete material estimate. This will include:
  • Pex Tubing type and quantities,
  • Manifold sizes,
  • Pump sizes and mixing options,
  • Thermostats and electronic zone controls,
  • Radiant Floor Heating Insulation,
  • Tools and Hardware.
• If you specify it in your request, we will also calculate the size for a separate tankless water heater or boiler.
• If you are providing your own water heater or boiler, we can provide material estimates for controls, and pumping and piping, just note your needs in the comments section of the request.

How to submit a Project:
To submit a Project Estimate Request, you will need to complete the following steps:

Once you have complete these steps, a materials list with heat loss estimate will be returned to you as soon as possible, usually within 24 to 48 hours. We will then consult with you on your estimate so you are aware of the components, how the system goes together, and value and choices with each component.

Tubing Layouts, Custom Piping and Wiring Diagrams, and Phone Support with Project Purchase:
When you decide to purchase the Project, we will prepare a custom tubing layout to assist you with your installation. When you are satisfied with the tubing layout, we will revise the material estimate to any changes the layout may have revealed. We will then ship the entire set of material for the project. We can also schedule a "Rough In" shipment which is just the material necessary to install the tubing.

We will also provide custom Piping and Wiring Diagrams with those items to aid in your installation as well as phone support throughout the installation and start up. Don't worry we've done this before.

The Tubing Layout and Piping and Wiring Diagrams are Cost Options, but if you are a Contractor or first time DIYer you will find a set of diagrams:

1. Necessary for your plumbing inspection - Although not Engineer or Architect stamped these drawings are often required by your inspector.
2. Maximize return on you investment - Make sure it's drawn up right before you install the components to make sure we have addressed the details.
3. Minimize wasted time - A set of drawings go a long way in cutting time and mistakes from and installation.
4. Minimize wasted material - The Tubing Layout is a material measurement the which will aid in determining the appropriate quantities and minimize waste.
5. Benefits of phone support - The Phone Support is a one time charge for your project. You will then have unlimited access to our support staff for the duration of the project. Otherwise, Phone support is sold in 1/2 hour blocks.

Many on our customers are Experienced Radiant Installers who do not need these services. But we find most customers significantly benefit from having them included in their project cost.
