Distribution Heat Exchanger Snow Melting Panel
Heat Exchanger panels with a Tekmar 665 make it easy to add snowmelting to any
HydroNex system. Offers maximum outputs up to
150,00 BTU/Hr(150 M BH) based on nominal 180oF boiler temp, 130oF snowmelt
temp, and 30F delta tee. Actual output may be more or
less, depending on your project. The pumps and heat
exchanger are provided with service valves for easy access.

Standard equipment on each panel includes:
1-1/4" copper primary and secondary supply piping
Circulators on A and B side of heat exchanger, pre-wired and tested
Flat plate stainless steel heat exchanger with unions
Energy-saving 3 speed Watts Radiant circulators
Tekmar 665 snow melt control (090 slab sensor or 092 Snow Melt Kit must be ordered separately)
High performance 1-1/4" micro-bubble air remover and expansion tank connection
(tank not included)
0-50 psi/60-320?F gauge
Isolation valves for easy servicing of circulators and easy air purging
O-ring sealed threaded unions
Cat 5 cable electrical connection for fast and easy connection to P or D Panels

Controls
The pumps are pre-wired into the snowmelt control. Inter-panel connection to other Hydronex panels is achieved
by plug and play Cat 5e cables, or are customizable for older applications.
