Ultra Poly Barrier rFOILTM is a double layer of polyethylene bubbles, bonded to a radiant barrier on one side, and a layer of white-polyethylene on the other. The “Ultra” represents a superior product thickness of 10 mil, and is designed to withstand the weight of a concrete slab. In radiant floor applications, Ultra Poly improves slab heat loss efficiency by 50%, directing heat up towards the living space. Sealing seams with rFOIL™ White Poly Tape forms a continuous insulator and vapor barrier.
